Legal Examination of Municipal Legal Acts and their Drafts

Abstract
Municipal lawmaking should ensure the best possible balance between the interests of the population of the municipality. Therefore, any municipal legal act must undergo legal examination to endure its compliance with the federal and regional legislation and the municipal charter according to the procedure established by the municipal government.
