Calculation of the Social Efficiency of Management Activity

Abstract
An analysis of the efficiency assessment methodology applied to the activity of Russian regional executive bodies is provided, including the list of its drawbacks. The author’s suggestion is to focus the efficiency assessment on the goal setting aspect and the social determinant.
