Public – Private Partnership in Regional Development

Abstract

The author raises a question about role and position of the non profit organization in sustainable public – private partnership. Trends of socially orientated NPO are considered through the example of Chechen Republic. The statistical data allowed to draw a conclusion about the low level of public engagement in non profit sector activities. He analyzes NPO’s opportunities to spread the influence and achieve the social political effect.
