Abstract
Some questions of using Balanced Scorecard (BSC) technology for improving Efficiency Management of Civil Servant's Training System are considered. The content of main perspectives of the efficiency management educational system is revealed. Specific key success factors and indicators for presenting actionable results across the whole civil servant’s training system are defined.
