Abstract
In article the author questions in the establishment and improvement of the transport system of the Nizhny Novgorod region on the basis of a transport cluster are submitted. The proposed scenario of formation and integration into the existing transportation system of the city. Recommended composition of the cluster applied to the transport system under consideration.
