Problems of realization of the state innovative policy

Abstract

Modernization of branch economy of the Russian economy it is impossible without stimulation of innovative activity of the enterprises. Problems in performance of the planned strategy of scientific development in Russia are allocated. Problems are offered to be solved by methods of the state stimulation of the knowledge-intensive enterprises in development of modern infrastructure, tax and financial mechanisms of stimulation of the innovative market.
