Improvement of the official statistical record-keeping

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the Russian system of official statistical record-keeping and the ways of its improvement with taking into account foreign experience. The article provides a detailed account of statistical factors, which are the cause for various administrative barriers and administrative burden for business, and outlines the methods of their elimination or minimization.
