Ensuing professionalism of the state procurement customers

Abstract

The article considers and addressed the issues dealing with the essence, structure, organization and directions of development of system of providing professional services to state procurement customers, who operate in compliance with principles of the contract system in the field of procurement. Based on the ANSI PMI PMBOOK standard, the compliance between management of the project and management of government procurement was proven. The article outlined the recommendations on improving the scientific and methodical support of implementation of professional requirement introduction system into the project management on the basis of the principles of contract system in purchasing.
