Abstract
The article considers the issues of the civil society formation. This topic gains a specific significance due to the widespread protest activeness that has been found out in the major world regions in a couple of recent years. Analyzing these tendencies the author suggests two basic scenarios of the civic culture development to discussion. The elaborated models discern two ways of the civil culture formation – “adaptation” and “domination” – that demonstrate the correlation between the institutions of civil society and public authority in the field of defining a territorial sociopolitical development direction. The special attention is focused at a “meeting” event investigation in the context of the civic culture’s dynamics and its value and senseful space. This perspective allows revealing the role and significance of sociopolitical actions as forms of civic activeness expression and communicative ways of society’s self-organization based on actual sociocultural prerequisites.
