Personnel motivation and hi-hume technologies

Abstract

The article deals with the possibilities of the Hi-Hume technologies study with the aim of labor activities motivation. While analyzing different researchers investigations on this subject, the author questions the role of manipulation and Hi-Hume technologies in management, the motives behind the moral and ethic side of the Hi-Hume technologies usage in the personnel motivation.
