Abstract
A group of research and teaching staff of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration held a training workshop for state and municipal employees of the Crimea. The goals and objectives of the workshop were ventilated in an interview with E.J. Kireyeva a Professor at the Faculty of IIPAM.
