Abstract

The relevance of the “State public service” course has confirmed that there is a necessity for further reforms in the public service. The obligatory need in focusing on the problems of legal regulation of the public service, enhancing the openness and accessibility to it, necessary adaptation of anti-corruption measures as well as determining the ratio of administrative and service rights, are critically ventilated by the reviewer as well as highlighting proposed changes of positive aspects needed to be made in this sphere.
