Legal procedure in assessing Russian academic dissertations

Abstract

The article provides scientific commentary to paragraphs 9-10, 32, 44 of the Regulations on the awarding of degrees, from which it follows that the requirements for the scientific results of dissertations are false, and the evaluation criteria and procedures have not been established.
