Abstract
The Review is devoted to the panel discussion "Social problems in the conditions of structural crisis”, held in the framework of the Gaidar forum at the Presidential Academy. In the conditions of crisis are of particular importance in addressing issues of social welfare and fulfillment of social obligations of the state.
