Abstract
The methodological aspects of the management of the public-private partnership in Russia, which are formulated on the basis of use of the theory of purposeful systems and project management best practices are considered in the article. The offered development allows tomodel the influence of controlling impacts on socio-economic indicators of activity of heads of the executive authorities in order to create favorable conditions for entrepreneurial activity and thus to increase the population life quality.
