ORGANIZATION OF INTERACTION BETWEEN STAKEHOLDERS OF THE INDUSTRIAL POLICY

Abstract

The issues of the organization of the interaction between the subjects of the industrial policy are considered in the article.The relevance of the subject is conditioned by the aggravated, in the context of crisis, need of the reindustrialization of the Russian economy. The systematized industrial policy is a key condition for the successful implementation of the reindustrialization, according to the author. The necessity of the interaction between society, business and state as the basic condition to ensure the effectiveness of the industrial policy implementation is underlined in the article. A short characteristic of the main stakeholders of the industrial policy is given. The author carried out the analysis of the existing schemes of the formal and informal interaction between the subjects of the industrial policy, the role and a place of each of the participants are defined and the main problems of their interaction are described. In the conclusion the author offered the version of the reorganized scheme of the interactions providing harmonization of the interests of all the stakeholders of the industrial policy.
