Approaches to diagnostics and forecasting of ethno-political conflicts

Abstract

This article continues the last year study on the establishment of methods of diagnosis and prognosis of ethno-political conflicts in the large metropolitan areas. The local internet communities in the social network «VKontakte» are in the center of attention. Their research allows continuous monitoring, prediction and prevention of conflicts involving Russian nationalists. This monitoring may be useful in public administration. The cases of the Moscow district Biriulevo and Rostov-on-Don are considered in this article.
