Abstract
The dynamics of modern social processes in various object environments (from small enterprises to state bodies) aggravates the problem of finding not onlyone’s own place in the seemingly chaotically developing external environment but also opportunities to ensure progressive development in it. The development of any social object will be highly complicated if we do not clearly understand the existence and the potential change of the relationships and dependencies that emerge under the influence of different conditions and factors.For a long time,the possible prospects for the development of such an object were and are determined based on the social potential at its disposal. The main emphasis is often on the use and possibility of transformation of both owned and borrowed resources. This implies a specific adversarial (competitive) relationship without considering the interests of other objects.
