Social construction of managerial holistic ecosystem in the conditions of digitalization

Abstract

The article substantiates the concept of a ‘‘managerial holistic ecosystem’’ by drawing on theoretical provisions of social construction within the framework of the BANI world. The ecosystem’s features, including governance and manageability, are studied separately. The parameters of the managerial holistic ecosystem are described, and the components and characteristics of the designated ecosystem are derived. The components of the managerial holistic ecosystem are examined using the example of the childhood ecosystem, which is supervised by the Commissioner for Children’s Rights in the Chelyabinsk Region. Features of the managerial holistic ecosystem include multi-levelness, flexibility and adaptation, long-term functioning, self-reproduction, integrity, and interconnectedness. Digital components of the ecosystems mentioned above and the assurance of their existence are two ways to trace the impact of digitalization on the social construction of managerial holistic ecosystems.
