The article examines the advantages and disadvantages of various approaches to standardizing the organization of legal clinics. The authors explore the legality of legal clinic interns representing clients in court, identify issues in their interactions with clients, and discuss possibilities to encourage interns to provide legal aid systematically and conscientiously. The Legal Clinic of the Presidential Academy proposes to implement new elements for organizing the activities of interns. These include co-mentors, coordinators, and meeting agenda.
