The article is devoted to evolution of Shiite jurisprudence. The author studies it in parallel with the evolution of scientific, social, political, economic and cultural spheres of public life. Due to the possibility of inherent transformations in the framework of Islamic postulates, these evolutionary changes gradually become new Islamic standards adequate to present-day realities, thus being of considerable interest.
