An extensive understanding of culture, the important role of cultural traditions and renewal of values and conceptual foundations of life in Russia are the foundations of the strategic concept of innovative cultural policy. It is aimed to fulfil major socio-cultural objectives: improvement of the quality of life, social integration on all levels of society, achievement of solidarity and intercultural dialogue.
