Public private partnership is an efficient mechanism for infrastructure problem solving. However, this form is used unjustifiably rarely. One of the main reasons for this is the unpreparedness of state and municipal authorities for the implementation of such projects. The author suggests using various ready-made solutions proposed by Vnesheconombank and implementing corresponding organizational changes.
