The article analyses the provision of modern science on the bases of the theoretical views of the representatives of the Southern Russia philosophical school, including Y.A. Zhdanov, who estimated its value from the social aspect. The author identifies new approaches to the definition of the role and place of knowledge and institutionalized incarnation of science in the modern world, he characterizes these approaches as a «social antiscientism».

The article outlines the main subject of the researches in the philosophical domain of elitology as being that in a social and cognitive area and based on the principles and values of social constructivism, which are realized by elite groups in the society, whose significance and effectiveness is historically increasing (social demiurgic through elite social cephalization).

In the second part of the article the author suggests various models for the application of fundamental philosophy to the analysis of the foundations of scientific, managerial, political and other types of activity. An analysis of contemporary domestic philosophical innovatics and its set of methods and methodologies allows to come to the conclusion that the toolkit of philosophical innovatics is focused on the solution of complex systemic and interdisciplinary problems.

The author presents samples of a variative approach to the elaboration of philosophic problems of social and humanitarian innovations using the toolkit of applied philosophy. Various models of philosophic pragmatics are demonstrated, including the model of philosophic innovatics developed by the author.
