The article deals with the personal qualities, which may be deemed essential and most important towards improving the efficiency of management leadership in various spheres of activity. In addition, the considered analysis of the preferred type of a highly professional educated leader is ventilated according to the scope of the activities of the relevant organization.

The author proposes a method of ranking criteria in assessing of efficiency of the head with the objectives and the specific areas of the organization. The basis method is the social orientation of government, commercial and non-profit organizations.
