The authors examine the public monitoring of the implementation of social decrees of the President of the Russian Federation, conducted by the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. The author outlines the general approach to the organization and monitoring, data are given public monitoring of creating the country's special jobs for the disabled and the conditions for the reconciliation of women child-rearing responsibilities with employment. The article presents the findings and recommendations to the government to improve the efficiency of the social decrees of the President of the Russian Federation on May 7, 2012 in the employment of people with disabilities and women's employment.
