The article presents an analysis of the draft law "On the fundamentals of public scrutiny." The peculiarities of the functions of public scrutiny and the subjects and objects of this activity. The author extrapolates recommendations in order to improve the efficiency in the interaction between government and society in the field of Public Administration.

The article examines the issues of information and communication management and development of mechanisms for counteracting corruption in education. The author suggests conceptual approaches to the formation of the state information policy and the organization of information and communication activities of the authorities to ensure information transparency and to facilitate public control in order to implement the anti-corruption policy in education.

The article describes the role of the public in combating corruption in education. Based on the data obtained from a sociological survey, the article analyzes the current status of participation of public institutions in combating corruption in the education system at the municipal level and the main directions for improving the efficiency of the public control in the sphere of education as an efficient mechanism of fighting corruption are formulated.

The authors examine the public monitoring of the implementation of social decrees of the President of the Russian Federation, conducted by the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. The author outlines the general approach to the organization and monitoring, data are given public monitoring of creating the country's special jobs for the disabled and the conditions for the reconciliation of women child-rearing responsibilities with employment. The article presents the findings and recommendations to the government to improve the efficiency of the social decrees of the President of the Russian Federation on May 7, 2012 in the employment of people with disabilities and women's employment.
