Realization of the personnel policy in the system of government bodies and local governments

The article is devoted to the personnel policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The objectives and tasks of this policy are con-sidered by the author, legal acts serving as the basis for the realization of this policy are analyzed. The special attention is paid to the realization of personnel policy in public and municipal administration. Current data on numerical structure of the office of the public and municipal administration of the Republic of Bashkortostan and its peculiarities are provided.
