The organization, planning and management of «green» economy in Turkmenistan are examined in the article. The economic requirements of the development of the plans in energy management and creation of organizational and technical measures for solving problems of «green» economy are presented. The local renewable energy resources in Turkmenistan are calculated with their ecological and economic priorities to address energy, economic, environmental, social issues.
