The article describes organizations responsible for the development of sport in Russia, such as the Continental Hockey League and the Ice Hockey Federation of Russia. A lot of focus in the article is given to the collaboration of these organizations with each other as well as with the Russian Ministry of Sport. The article also presents examples of controversies between the organizations. The author emphasizes the importance of working out more detailed legislation to regulate professional sport.
