Shumkov Vadim

This article is a continuation of the material published in the last issue of the «Public Administration» journal, devoted to the stimulation of the entrepreneurship activities in the Russian Federation. The author presents the specific proposals in the key areas of business regulation, practical implementation of which would restore the confidence of business in the state, to reverse the negative trends in the economy and to reach the trajectory of sustainable development.

The problems of development and state support of entrepreneurship are considered in the article. The author analyzes the changes occurred in this area recently. Special attention is paid to the necessity of forming a positive image of entrepreneurship as well as strengthening the trust among government, business and civil society.
