Responsibility in municipal law

Abstract

municipal Authorities and Bodies should bear responsibility in front of the State, municipal population, individuals and legal persons, even under the loss of confidence. The way to impeach credibility - is to recall a regional elected official. However, regional legislation actually leads delegates and elected officials out of responsibility. The author suggests to include disciplinary liability for officials into municipal Regulations. Resources of the Public Prosecutor`s Office must be used to control fulfillment of this requirement and to appraise municipal Regulations in order to provide compliance with the Federal legislation.
