Abstract
the author describes corruption as a destructive fact that breaches key systematic principles of administrative decisions and their realization. From his point of view, types of corruption differ according to its connection with activity or inactivity of bureaucrats working in organizational, law-making and law-enforcement spheres. In this case, an interested party can be a potential bribe-giver. So, ways and methods of fighting different types of corruption must also be various.
