Cluster policy and its organization

Abstract

The author is the long-term expert of the European Project Development of Financial Markets. Support to State policy aimed at increasing competitiveness of the Russian economy. With a view to project goals, he analyzes the international experience of cluster policy and gives recommendations on applicability of these cluster models in the Russian context.
