Abstract
A unified approach for calculation of required number of civil servants employed in executive power bodies is suggested by the authors. The approach is aimed at creation methodology for calculation of executive personnel. Such methodology takes into account inevitable changes of man-hours and a total annual volume of working hours in the sphere of public service. The scheme can be used by any State Executive Body regardless of its specific activity.
