Qualitative-indicative planning in strategic management

Abstract

The article discusses ways of maintaining Russian national security. It is suggested to consider the Russian Federation National Security Strategy as a practical plan. It is based on the idea that the National Security Strategy should be implemented by both state bodies and civil society institutes and other large non-state bodies for which the Strategy is a recommended reference point.
