The Weber`s Theory and tendencies of the modern bureaucracy forming

Abstract

An article compares a concept of rational bureaucracy by M. Weber and modern theories of public administration, e.g. New public management and political nets. The latter restores connection between public administration and policy: public actions become management based on common interest, or they become management without management.
