Abstract
The article argues in favour of the necessity to recognize the institute of lobbyism in the Russian Federation and its legal regulation. Ис- ходя из experience and principal tendencies развития лоббистского за- конодательства зарубежных стран, предлагается стратегия сочета- ния требования по регистрации лоббистов и раскрытию информа- ции. The author proposes a personal definition of the term lobbyism based on its definitions in Russian and foreign legal science.
