The Role of Public Contract in Innovational Development of the Russian Economy

Abstract
Public contract is considered as a way of development and implementation of state policy in the sphere of development of knowledge intensive industries. Establishment of R&D directions through public contract is described. Problems of insufficient efficiency of such activities in Russia are analyzed. Measures to improve the situation are suggested.
