Where the Spirals of the Malthusian Trap are Leading

Abstract
The article deals with the reasons for Ukraine's negative investment rating. It outlines possible development scenarios and identifies key trends that might allow the country to escape the 'Malthusian Trap' (long term decrease in the return of a raw material based economy, which threatens the exhaustion of national economy).
