Spirituality of Society and Power - Antagonism or Symbiosis?

Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the connection between the spirituality of society and public administration as well as the role of mass media in this interaction. The author's personal interpretation of the concept of spirituality is provided. He substantiates the necessity of development of a public information policy adequate to the modern media situation in the context of frequent ethical conflicts in the sphere of social and political relations.
