Abstract

The author believes the following factors may contribute to the creation of an efficient and competitive securities market infrastructure in Russia: codification of the Russian financial market regulation framework; centralization of regulation; in-depth consideration of decisions made by leaders of the most advanced countries of the world concerning the transformation of global financial markets.
