Principal actors of energy diplomacy

Abstract

The paper examines the main actors in the international energy policy and diplomacy. It is concluded that the essential role of non-state actors in international relations, and in this area, they are actually on a par with the states. The specificity of the sphere of international relations leads to the close interrelationship of interests and activities of subjects of these relations.
