Abstract
The article studies the influence of BRICS group on global balance of civilizations. The author outlines an important role of BRICS in «global realignment» process. The researcher analyzes the role of BRICS factor in official foreign policy strategies of the Russian Federation. The article studies Russian policy optimization measures in order to ensure the expansion of positive influence of the group on international affairs.
