Production and consumption recycling: experience of Russia and European Union

Abstract

The author of article addresses the issue of production and consumption waste management. Using the example of the unified legal framework of the united Europe, the author offers ways of reforming the domestic legislation in this field as well as mechanisms of improving legal regulation of production and consumption waste management in the Volgograd region, its municipalities and at the federal level.
