Abstract

The article covers the problem of the efficiency improvement of the personnel policy. Conditions of the modern life dictate new requirements and, above all, requirements to personnel, to people who will control the state and municipal service. On the basis of the Vologda region example, the author examines the experience of the implementation of the innovative regional HR projects under the single brand «Governor’s team». The implementation of such projects can be useful for other regions.
