Cognitive capitalism of knowledge society

Abstract

The modern society as a social-economic system acquires new forms that need deep theoretical conceptualization. In this regard the concept of cognitive capitalism represents one of the actual analysis directions allowing revelation of key contradictions specific for the modern phase of social development. Prerequisites of cognitive capitalism becoming, various approaches to research of this phenomenon, opportunities and restrictions of a new paradigm are considered in the article.
