Quality rating algorithm of the state service

Abstract

The quality of public services provided by the executive branch is the main development challenge of service in this field. The aim of the study is to develop concrete and practical recommendations to improve the quality and effectiveness of public services delivery. In this paper we use the methods of system approach, mathematical modelling, sociologic survey and various methods of graphic interpretation of the information. Well-built quality management system will allow not only to execute control over activity of the state agencies implementing the law enforcement practice but also to provide feedback necessary for sustainable and capable of developing executive power system.
