Features of the domestic legislation development on privatization

Abstract
The author tries to find an answer to the following question: ''How do the religious way of life, values and doctrines work in the formation of power and the social structure?'' Serious attention has been paid to the correlation of religious traditions and the formation of a rigidly hierarchical domination model of government. The author makes an especially thorough analysis of influence of the Orthodox Christianity on the development of social realities.
