The morphology of the public administration and the journal "Public administration"

Abstract

The morphological approach to the analysis of the political situation is considered by the author. According to the author this approach enables the readers of the journal «Public Administration» to trace the changing forms of political behavior and participation of citizens in the old and new political institutions, and also to represent the stages and forms of the evolution of political self-determination of the various actors, to link it to national and national-state self-determination, to identify the interaction of forms, methods and means of each of these directions of development of political life.
